The Corridor Group Acquires HMS

Overland Park, KS-based The Corridor Group has purchased HMS Healthcare Management Solutions, Inc. HMS is based in Connecticut, and provides a full range of services to help clients optimize revenues by improving cash flow, increasing operational efficiencies and identifying opportunities. The company works with home health, homecare and hospice agencies, long-term care facilities, acute care hospitals, residential care homes and physician practices.
The Corridor Group was founded in 1989. The company provides business advice to more than 2,000 clients ranging from large health systems and national chains to small, independently owned agencies.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
