ARC Sells Business to U.S. Physical Therapy

U.S. Physical Therapy has acquired a 90% interest in Overland Park-based ARC in a $36 million deal. U.S. Therapy operates clinics in 474 clinics in 43 states Revenue of the acquired business is more than $11.5 million annually. ARC employs 90 people in 11 outpatient clinics and other on-site clinics in the Kansas City area, St. Joseph, Wichita, Springfield and Topeka.
