ABPathfinder Acquires Ensure

Overland Park, KS- based ABPathfinder Inc has acquired the business of Ensure Billing. The newly created company, Pathfinder Health Innovations, will have headquarters in Overland Park, and billing will be handled out of Phoenix.

ABPathfinder offers software products to help therapists and educators create assessments, daily therapy plans and to track progress of children with behavior health disorders. The company has 17 employees.

Ensure Billing helps clients file insurance claims, create scheduling, payroll, electronic files, client management and employee management. The company has 7 employees.

The newly combined company will provide a turnkey solution, allowing customers to have all administrative processes from one source.
