NPC is sold to Olympus

NPC Acquisition Holdings, LLC of Overland Park, KS announced its intent to sell to a company formed by private equity firm Olympus Partners of Stamford, CT.  NPC is the largest Pizza Hut franchisee and one the largest franchisee of any restaurant concept in the United States. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2011.
